- About Zinerrific
- Zinerrific is your source for discount magazine subscriptions with a personal touch. We strive to bring you an expansive selection of magazine titles along with huge savings. - Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping, handling, and delivery fees are FREE on Zinerrific. All you have to do is place your order, including the correct US shipping address that you want the magazine delivered to (please note, that at this time we only offer subscriptions to US customers). The delivery time for the first issue to arrive will vary significantly from magazine to magazine. The industry standard is 30 days to 120 days. Most of the publishers use mail processing centers which tabulate and processes the millions of orders received, and they perform the actual sorting and mailing. That takes a lot of time. Additionally, most magazines are printed months in advance, and each printing is pre-allocated only to the amount of subscribers at the actual time of printing. Thus, an order received in January might actually commence in April. There is very little difference in the processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through Zinerrific. As a general rule, daily subscriptions take 4 to 8 weeks to start, weekly subscriptions take 6 to 10 weeks to start, monthly subscriptions take 8 to 12 weeks to start and bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions take 10 to 16 weeks to start. If it has been over 12 weeks and you still have not received your first order, please contact us and we will track the progress for you.
- Privacy & Security
- We are 100% committed to keeping your personal information secure and private. We will never share or sell your private information, except to fulfill your subscription orders. For more about this, please see our complete privacy policy.
- Refunds
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund money on your subscription orders. Since we remit money to publishers and payment centers for those orders and cannot get it back after the order is placed, we are unable to refund the subscription. The one exception to this is that if an error occurs by our actions, we will gladly refund you the cost.
- Ordering
- To place an order for a magazine subscription, simply browse or search for the title of interest to you. Once you find it, click on the button to add it to your shopping cart, and either continue shopping for other subscriptions, or click the Checkout link located in the upper right corner of all Zinerrific pages. From here, follow the on-screen instruction to complete the checkout process and pay for your order. You can shop comfortably knowing that your data is secured with industry standard encryption algorithms. If you should experience any problems placing an order, please contact us.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Zinerrific offers three different payment methods for your convenience. You may checkout easily using our traditional, secure credit card method, or by the alternate checkout methods provided by PayPal and Google Checkout. Please use whichever one is best for you. If you aren't familiar with PayPal or Google Checkout, simply stick with our traditional, secure credit card payment method provided by Zinerrific. All checkout methods utilize top-of-the-line security encryption to make sure that your data and credit card information remains private and secure.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you have placed an order, you may return at any time to check the status or order history. Simply click on the My Account link located on the top of every page on Zinerrific.com. This will also allow you to make changes to your email address and other contact information. If you are having any problems or can't see your order(s), please contact us.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information at any time, please click on the My Account link located on the top of every page on Zinerrific. From here you will be prompted to login to your account (if you're not already logged in) and then you may make any changes to your account information and contact information, such as mailing address and email address. Please note that once magazine orders have been fulfilled, if you wish to change your mailing address, you must contact the publisher directly.
